Q. What is e-Fsbos?
A. e-Fsbos is a marketing company that runs a web site called e-Fsbos.com. This web site is strictly for owners that are selling their properties themselves.
Q. Is e-Fsbos a real estate company?
A. No. However, at least one owner of e-Fsbos is a real estate agent.
Q. What if a Buyer calls e-Fsbos?
A. If a buyer calls e-Fsbos about a listing, they will be given the owner’s phone number.
Q. How do I get my property on e-Fsbos.com?
A. You must sign a contract that makes it clear what e-Fsbos is providing and what are the seller’s responsibilities. Click the e-fsbos Plan button to see the details.
Q. How long will my property be on the e-Fsbos web site?
A. Your property will be on the e-Fsbos web site until your property sells, you decide to remove it, or you list with a real estate professional that does not allow you to still sell your property yourself. After six months you will need to sign another contract but there will be no extra charge.
Q. How do I get my information on the web site?
A. e-Fsbos will put all information onto the web site but the seller has to provide the information.
Q. Can I change the information about my property?
A. e-Fsbos will make any changes that you want about your property. There is no limit on the number of changes that you can have.
Q. How many pictures can I have of my property?
A. You can have up to 99 pictures?
Q. Who takes the pictures?
A. e-Fsbos will use your digital pictures if you have them or will take pictures for you.
Q. What if I have more than one property?
A. Each separate property will need a contract; however, each additional property can be added at half the normal rate.
Q. How do buyers get my phone number?
A. The e-Fsbos sign has the seller’s phone number and the property id#. Buyers can call from the sign or go to the web site and get the number.
